Are you open all
year long?

Yes, our lodge and
some of our cottages are available year-round.
What do cottages
come equipped with?

They are fully
furnished with a coffee pot, basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, towels,
linens, dish towels, dish detergent, bath soap, toilet tissue, garbage bags,
charcoal grill, telephone and cable TV. Most have microwaves & VCR’s
and some have DVD players.
(Please remember to bring your charcoal & lighter.)
Are coffee and
coffee filters furnished in cottages?

air-conditioned?

Yes, the newer cottages
have central heat and air, and the older ones have window units.
Do we get our pet
deposit back when we leave?

After the
housekeeping department has had an opportunity to inspect your cottage, if
there is no damage, we will void your check and mail it back to you. If it is
on a manual credit card slip, we will destroy it.
What is your
deposit return policy on cottages or lodge rooms?

If you cancel your
reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date, we will put your deposit
into a Gift Certificate to be used within one year. If you cancel less
than 30 days from your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.
Do you have senior citizen, military, AARP
discounts?

No. However, group
discounts are available – please contact our Group Coordinator.
How old are your
cottages?

Some are brand
new. Some are 2 or 3 years old. Some were built in the 70s, however, they
have been recently renovated.
What if I will
arrive after the office has closed?

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed in
cottages only. There is a $100 pet deposit required. Sorry, no pets allowed
in the lodge.
Do you have
laundry facilities?

Yes, 2
coin-operated washers & dryers.
How old is your
resort?

Although most of
the facility is new or relatively new, the original “MOORES CAMP” was founded
more than 50 years ago.
Can we leave our
boat in the water behind the cottages?

Yes, you may tie up
behind the waterfront cottages, but it is at your own risk. There are no
docks behind cottages. There are covered slips available to rent at the
marina.
When is your
restaurant open?

Typically, the
restaurant is open from the first of March until the end of October, however, our
restaurant offers catering year round for groups and special occasions.
The restaurant is normally open from 6 or 7AM
until 8 or 9PM during the summer. Spring and Fall hours vary. Feel

Does the
restaurant serve breakfast, lunch & dinner?

In season, yes, along with
daily specials. Off season, we serve breakfast and lunch closing at 2PM
on weekdays, and we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturdays. Feel free to call 1-800-626-5472 for the

How far is it from
the lodge & cottages to the marina?

Approximately
200-300 yards. Everything is within walking distance on the resort.
How far is it from

Some cottages are
