COVID-19 F.A.Q.s
Is Moors open? YES
Is the front desk and gift shop open? YES
Is the restaurant open? YES
Are the campground and slips open? YES
The campground and all of the boat slips are also open.
Are the marina and store open? YES
Is the lake open? YES
We realize rumors have been floating about but rest assured, Kentucky Lake is open with boats running every day.
Can we travel into Kentucky from another state? YES
No travel bans or quarantines exist for Kentucky.
Is it safe to stay at Moors? YES
Please know that Moors Resort & Marina is completely dedicated to providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers, employees and our community. We continue to stay up to date with the most current CDC recommendations and instruct our employees to go above and beyond these recommendations. We are very proud of how our employees, customers and community have responded to COVID-19 by practicing good hygiene, social distancing and avoiding groups of people. We are stressing to practice good social distancing and to not congregate in groups.
Will housekeeping enter my room? NO
During this crisis, we will not be providing any daily housekeeping services during your stay. We will be happy to provide additional linens by calling our office.
Can I rent a boat? YES
Can I rent a slip? YES
Can I go fishing? YES
Are the launching ramps open? YES
Is social distancing required? YES
We do REQUIRE anyone on the resort to continue to maintain a minimum of 6' distance from anyone outside of your household and to not congregate in groups.
Is there a curfew? NO
We still enforce our usual quiet time of 11pm.
